| CANNA Grow Media |
| CoCo Coir |
CANNA COCO is an organic product with a homogenous structure, free of chemical additives, harmful viruses and soil diseases. In contrast to coconut fibre, which is also used in horticulture, CANNA COCO is free of fibre and comes in the form of fine flakes.
This has a complex air/water system, which makes it superior to other substrates. Furthermore, it contains a special mould (Trichoderma), which can protect the plant against soil diseases.
A sophisticated mix.

| Coco Slabs |
Canna Coco slabs have been developed and created to fulfil all the requirements for cultivating fast growing plants. In addition, the substrate can be used several times and is environmentally friendly they meet the strict RHP demands and are free of chemical additives. Canna coco slabs are free of fibre and come in the form of fine flakes, containing a special mould (Trichoderma), which can protect plant against soil diseases.
Canna coco has a complex air/water system. The 1 metre slabs are ideal for the Aquatray. Coconut fibre contains approximately 75% water and 25% air - an ideal ratio for almost any culture.
This capacity to hold water makes the medium particularly suitable to root cuttings.
Coconut naturally buffers pH which means that all the elements required for the plant's healthy growth are readily accessible to the plant. |

| COGr Coco |
un-buffered coco substrate
This is the newest coco growing medium that CANNA has developed.
It consists of a sophisticated mixture of coco grains, coco fibre and coco granules. Special about this medium is that it is dryer to control, as the medium contains more air. This results in plants taking root faster and consequently, in higher yields! Another advantage of the COGr slabs is that they are very manageable in storage and transport, because they have been pressed and dried. In addition they are suitable for reutilization |

Vermiculite |
Vermiculite holds on to nutrient even if you over-water. When drained, the nutrient will be released back into solution with the next watering. It's lightweight and provides a high humidity around the seed. |
Perlite |
Produced from Volcanic rocks. This media has tremendous capillary action, making it great for growing in pots.

Special Mix is made using Swedish virgin white peat of the highest quality: One gram of Special Mix can absorb a stunning ten grams of water. The peat is cut into a coarse structure and mixed with only the highest quality Perlite, Swedish clay, lime, minerals, trace elements and organic fertilizer.
It's a complete mix, ready for use. Due to its unique structure Special mix can be used in 30% drain systems or without drain. In a drainless system Special Mix contains nutrients for almost a complete crop cycle.
Special mix contains enough nutrients for almost a complete grow cycle if you don't water with drain. If you water with 30% drain it contains enough nutrients for the first three to six weeks. However, don't wait until you have completely exhausted that supply and it starts to show on your plants.
We recommend that you start with a very light feed after about 3-4 weeks to maintain the nutrients levels in the compost, but only if you use mineral nutrients and if you fertigate wit drain! |
